this is a test to see how this editior handles tags from html click here for accordion picture It seems that I can't just post pictures here from other sites but I can create html pages on other sites and link to them. hmmmm it's a pain but it could work if i wanted to show somebody something. I would love to play all day but I have to go get some wood and build a fence in my backyard. the neighbors are probably wondering why I haven't been out there working. well, it's because I have been working construction lately for very long hours and only had one day off a week. You have to sleep sometimes. the picture you see at this link is a toy accordion from mexico. I think i sold it on ebay unless it's still kicking around. chow for niao

okay where am i supposed to start. that has been the number one question for my entire life. should I let the reader if there ever is one other than me just read from here or should I delve into my ridiculously complex path that has led me stumbling through the first half of my life (assuming I live to be seventy). The space wanderer in "The sirens of titan" said," I am the victim of a series of accidents, as are we all." It just seems that the statement describes my life better than most people. Not that i do anything too exciting with myself. I usually just daydream about doing great things. If i was a dog, I would be a great mundane. If my life was a machine tool it would be a boring bit. If I was a pilot I would probably fly a plain. Okay that's stupid...Today I looked at some dogs during lunch. It was my lunch time not theirs. Instead of going to eat, we went to the shelter on the base at camp pendelton. they had some really nice dogs there. They don't kill them if they don't get adopted. which is nice. The dogs were crazy from being in the cages. It was hard to judge which maniacally yapping mongrel would make the best companion. I think my girlfriend SiYun will do for now. she is incredibly sweet and nice 98% of the time. they say if you take a dog home and feed it some and let it chill out, it will adjust.
I had some yard time with a big chow shepard mix named Jake. his real name was Chipper and he didn't even respond to the name Jake. He ate some treats from my hand but was rather distracted and stand offish. we best think long and hard before spending the ten bucks to add more hassles in our lives. The fish tanks on base were priced very reasonably.

wow, this is cool. day two and all I have to do is click my little blogger icon and I'm writing....writing crap. oh gotta go. I'll write more later

Day one of my "blogging" . I can only recall trying to keep track of my day to day life in a diary of sorts back in 1990. I wrote down everything that happened for five days. It was supposed to be a great historical account of the 90's and like most things you wish you had done...I wish I kept it up. Let's see if this goes any better with the help of technology. I was going to tell you about today. i worked on the marine base (camp pendelton) climbing above the cieling of a new medical dental center wiring air conditioning controllers. but I will talk about that tommorrow and explain the beauty of the Mexican whistle.
